To whom it may concern,

I recently contacted 1st Choice Roofing and Construction concerning a roof, of a client of mine. The shingle roof was old and worn and the client was in the market to purchase a roof, which would have cost him approximately 150k. Upon thorough inspection, Tobin Carpenter and Joe Sanders, the owners of 1st Choice, informed me that they felt there was enough hail damage on the roof to warrant an insurance claim.

1st Choice helped guide the client through the necessary steps of filing an insurance claim. 1st Choice provided an eagle view measurement of the property, as well as photos. 1st Choice personally met the adjuster on the job to represent the best interest of my client. They provided prompt and professional responses to all request by the adjuster. The claim was confirmed and the insurance company agreed to replace the ENTIRE roof, not just the shingle portion. This meant that the owner got a new shingle roof and a new “green” energy efficient flat roof which had been the source of numerous leaks over the years!

Within weeks 1st Choice had signed a contract and the work began. They were thorough and efficient on the job. They provided work schedules, timely delivery of materials and clean, competent roofing crews. During the process , 1st Choice also negotiated with the insurance company to provide two new AC units. After only three weeks of work, the client had a brand new roof on his entire property, as well as two new AC units. 1st Choice spared no cost in order to go over and above standard roofing requirements, to insure a long lasting, quality product.

In summary, 1st Choice was able to expertly guide the client through the entire process. This resulted in the client receiving a new $340,000.00 roof on his entire property as well as two new AC units. Instead of my client spending 150k on one part of his roof . He got his entire hotel property roofed for only 10k out of pocket. Without hesitation, I would recommend 1st Choice Roofing and Construction to any of my valued clients.
